Reimagined by acclaimed chef Josh Dorcak, with former MÄS Chef de Cuisine Evan Bolling leading the kitchen, our intimate restaurant in Jacksonville offers an elevated, deeply considered dining experience deeply rooted in the flavors of the Rogue Valley and Pacific Northwest.
Our menu changes daily, guided by the season and shaped by what is most vibrant from nearby farms and our own garden. Offerings are presented through both a thoughtfully composed prix fixe experience and an à la carte format, allowing for a flexible way to explore. Each dish is designed in quiet dialogue with our biodynamic wines from Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden and Johan Vineyards, creating a table that feels both refined and welcoming.
